Role OverviewAs Twilio's next Senior Manager of Presales Engineering, DACH, you will be a technical leader for a team of Presales Engineers covering the DACH subregion. You will report to the Presales Engineering Director, EMEA. The team supports some of the largest and fastest growing companies in the world, spanning industries such as marketing, business automation, and customer care.What You Will DoIn this role, you will partner with the Sales leadership team to set strategy, work across functions to ensure collaboration, build programs to accelerate the Sales funnel, attract, develop, and motivate a team of Presales Engineers, and lead the technical strategy and technical forecast.Why It Might Be a FitThis role requires 7+ years of relevant presales work experience, 3+ years of formal people leadership experience, and a proven track record of driving business results, building high-performance teams, and leading by example.
