Requirements
: We’re looking for a leader with a proven track record in defining and delivering enterprise AI strategies, including generative AI. You should have a strong understanding of AI platforms, MLOps, and modern AI tools, but this role doesn’t require hands-on technical work. Your experience should include translating AI opportunities into commercially impactful use cases at scale.
Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to operate confidently at senior levels. We also expect you to have demonstrated success in building new teams and uplifting organisational capabilities. Responsibilities: As the Head of AI, you will set the enterprise AI strategy, ensuring alignment with our long-term business goals.
Your role will involve building, leading, and inspiring a new AI organization, consolidating existing teams and uplifting their capabilities. You will drive the adoption of generative, agentic, and advanced operational AI across diverse business areas. Additionally, your influence will be crucial in guiding senior stakeholders on how AI can create meaningful commercial leverage within the organization.

This is a pivotal, newly created leadership role where you'll define, influence, and drive our entire AI agenda.
